What We Do

Photo Guestbook

We are so proud of our photo guestbooks. Their unique, their gorgeous, and they last a lifetime when handled properly. A modern take on the traditional guestbook, our photo guestbooks have Photo guestbook Sampleguests sign in via our touchscreen kiosk, have their picture taken with the kiosk camera, and then are asked to leave a handwritten message. We then have our in team designers put a custom book layout together, sometimes blending other media such as wedding photos or photo booth pictures, and then send the files over to Touch Books. The book is printed at Touch, and is shipped directly to you.

Printed on Fuji Crystal Archival paper with lay-flat binding, our photo guestbooks areAnother Guestbook Sample generational heirlooms that are beautiful and built to last. Go ahead, show them off!

From touch to print, here is the complete process broken down:

  1. guest(s) step in front of the kiosk and touch the guest book feature on the kiosk.
  2. An on screen keyboard comes up where the guest(s) enters their name and email (optional)
  3. Smile! A picture is taken with the kiosk camera. There is an on-screen countdown letting guest(s) know when the picture will be taken.
  4. Guest(s) are then shown what their picture looks like, and are given the option to take another photo if they aren’t happy with it.
  5. Once they have the picture they want, your guest(s) is then asked to leave a handwritten message on a physical guestbook, usually kept right next to the kiosk.
  6. Sometime after the wedding, files are collected and guestbook entries are scanned into a digital format. Everything is then sent to one of our designers who then puts together the book layout, based off of your preferences (color scheme, style, and layout).
  7. The layout is then sent to book manufacturer and printer, Touch Books.
  8. Touch Books print the book out and ship it directly to you. Total turnaround time from the day of the wedding is usually forty-five days.
