Photo Share
Put your guests to work! Okay, not really, but our photo share feature does allow your guests to give a little something back: their photos. A lot of your guests will be taking photos at your event, and while in a perfect world everyone makes 
sure to follow up and send over some of their favorite pics of your event, the task usually goes undone. Our photo share is super simple, guests just take the memory card out of their camera’s, pop it in the kiosk universal card reader, select which photos they would like to share, type in their name using the on screen keyboard so you know who shared which photos, and viola. Photo sharing made truly simple.
Wedding photographers are great, we love them and work with them all the time (even some of our staff are wedding photographers). But even they will be the first ones to admit that they are only person with one perspective. Our photo share feature lets you experience your wedding through the lens of your guests. Don’t get us wrong, you’ll still want the wedding photographer for capturing your day like only a professional can, but how fun is it to have pictures from so many different people, your guests, all on the same day, yours!
Our photo share feature is a simple and fun way for your guests to share their photos with you. Here is the step by step process on how the photo share feature works:
- guest(s) step in front of the kiosk and touch the photo share feature on the kiosk.
- The guest is then prompted to insert their camera’s memory card into the kiosk’s universal card reader.
- The card is scanned and images are imported.
- The guest is then asked to enter their name using the on screen keyboard. This lets you know who gave you which photos.
- Images are then pulled up on screen in thumbnail size. Your guest selects which photos to share, hits the “share” button, and the photos are saved into the kiosk database (just like all the photo booth and photo guestbook images).
We highly recommend sending out an email to your guests a week before the wedding day notifying them of this unique feature that will be at the wedding (and about the kiosk in general). This informs them of the service so that they will know that they can share their photos on the day of the event. We have pre-built email templates already made so all you have to do is put in your information and send to your guest list.
